Hugó Kereki came out of the goal and József Latabár tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th match minute, ExxonMobil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ábel Puja to maneuver through the defense. József Latabár might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugó Kereki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. József Latabár ran back to his position shaking his head. 12 minutes into the match, ExxonMobil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Kalmár came free, but Hugó Kereki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When József Latabár came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Földeák United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that József Latabár couldn't finish the play. József Latabár blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugó Kereki having to make a save. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind ExxonMobil FC's goalkeeper Hugó Kereki, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Földeák United booed when ExxonMobil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balázs Fülep didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Endre Bihari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Földeák United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Endre Bihari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th minute, Iván Kalmár got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Lajos Újfalussy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lajos Újfalussy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If József Latabár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ExxonMobil FC's Hugó Kereki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by József Latabár in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Ábel Puja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Máté Huszár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugó Kereki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from József Latabár, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. A collision led to Földeák United getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Máté Huszár hit a great ball. If József Latabár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Iván Kalmár received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Hugó Kereki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Máté Huszár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute, Földeák United's József Latabár dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Ákos Jászberényi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richárd Soós in the 59th minute of play. József Latabár fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugó Kereki having to interfere. Lajos Újfalussy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugó Kereki having to interfere. When József Latabár came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Földeák United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that József Latabár couldn't finish the play. Hugó Kereki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from József Latabár, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 played minutes, ExxonMobil FC's Kristóf Bogdán shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ákos Jászberényi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ExxonMobil FC reached it. Hugó Kereki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from József Latabár in the 76th minute of the match. Róbert Rigó's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ákos Jászberényi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Máté Huszár's late challenge caught a ExxonMobil FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Máté Huszár helped the player get up and apologised. Máté Huszár kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. József Latabár was extremely unlucky when he, in the 82nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. József Latabár received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hugó Kereki came out and tried to block the shot, but József Latabár slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 83rd minute. Földeák United's Iván Kalmár got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugó Kereki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from József Latabár, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Földeák United's Máté Huszár got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. József Latabár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Földeák United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ExxonMobil FC.
