The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zakariás Tököli took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gáspár Hajnal. Gáspár Hajnal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Zakariás Tököli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Gáspár Hajnal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Máté Szikora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dávid Győrfi in the 11th minute of play. Lajos Konkoly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Máté Szikora having to interfere. After having played for 20 minutes, Lajos Konkoly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PetyaFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lajos Konkoly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lajos Konkoly struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Máté Szikora didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PetyaFC. Koppány Makai's late challenge caught a Liget's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Koppány Makai helped the player get up and apologised. Máté Szikora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lajos Konkoly in the 25th minute of play. A long shot from Márton Kovács in the 28th minute of play was well struck, but Máté Szikora made a really good save at the right post. Attila Soós could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Máté Szikora made a huge save. A collision led to Liget getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Attila Radics hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Attila Soós in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Máté Szikora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dávid Győrfi in the 37th minute of play forced Liget's goalkeeper Máté Szikora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liget's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Dávid Győrfi scored to the left of an out of position Máté Szikora, making the score, 2-1. After having played for 44 minutes, Lajos Konkoly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PetyaFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lajos Konkoly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes in the game Attila Radics did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gábor Veres. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lajos Konkoly to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of PetyaFC booed when Liget was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Attila Radics didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dávid Győrfi came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the PetyaFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dávid Győrfi couldn't finish the play. Máté Szikora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dávid Győrfi in the 56th minute of the match. Liget's Máté Szikora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Attila Soós in the 58th minute of play. Máté Szikora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attila Soós, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. With a little luck, PetyaFC's Gáspár Hajnal got control of the ball when Zakariás Tököli tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Attila Soós came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the PetyaFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Attila Soós couldn't finish the play. Dávid Győrfi kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Zakariás Tököli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gáspár Hajnal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. A throw-in in the 81st minute of the game was made by Jónás Vass with Gábor Veres as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 85 minutes into the match, Liget's goal looked a bit too open when Dávid Győrfi came free, but Máté Szikora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liget's Máté Szikora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dávid Győrfi in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Liget's goal looked a bit too open when Lajos Konkoly came free, but Máté Szikora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Dávid Győrfi managed to get in a good position for a shot. PetyaFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dávid Győrfi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Máté Szikora breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. PetyaFC's attentive Koppány Makai managed to snatch the ball when Jónás Vass made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. The supporters of PetyaFC booed when Liget was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Ács didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute of the match Márton Kovács sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Máté Szikora skillfully saved the ball. Liget succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though PetyaFC had controlled the match.
