Kálmán Gombos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Kázmér Boros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tihamér Szegh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If András Baló had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as József Szabó kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Csaba Kocsis. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Munkás's goalkeeper Csaba Kocsis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by András Baló. In the 29th minute Kálmán Gombos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kázmér Boros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for József Szabó to strike the kick off in the second half. Felsõpáhok SE's Kázmér Boros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kálmán Gombos in the 55th minute of play. If Kálmán Gombos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 59 played minutes Felsõpáhok SE got a freekick which was hit by Zoltán Erdélyi. Csaba Kocsis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from András Baló, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 70thth minute of the game József Szabó who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Munkás's Csaba Kocsis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute, József Szabó got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Munkás's János Keresztesi got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute of the match Gusztáv Gerencsér shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Csaba Kocsis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Károly Udvari kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Munkás's Krisztián Bányay couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 80th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Felsõpáhok SE. Felsõpáhok SE's András Baló got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. József Szabó blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Csaba Kocsis having to make a save. If András Baló had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Felsõpáhok SE's zone, Kálmán Gombos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kázmér Boros came out of the goal and Kálmán Gombos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
