Gusztáv Kőváry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Aurél Paál tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Janusz Banas made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Óbuda Legion FC's Aurél Paál tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Árpád Mihály was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Csabagyöngye's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Óbuda Legion FC the free kick. Eloy Trujillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Sandberg in the 35th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven Sandberg in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eloy Trujillo saved Csabagyöngye from getting behind. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Csabagyöngye's 于宁潮 was substituted for Albert Borsó. Aurél Paál made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Márton Urbán in the 54th minute of play. Sven Sandberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Eloy Trujillo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After taking down the ball on Óbuda Legion FC's corner Árpád Kuti fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eloy Trujillo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 61st minute Márton Urbán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurél Paál saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 played minutes Óbuda Legion FC got a freekick which was hit by Botond Jósa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márton Urbán in the 63rd minute of play forced Óbuda Legion FC's goalkeeper Aurél Paál to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Gusztáv Kőváry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurél Paál saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Óbuda Legion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Árpád Kuti to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Óbuda Legion FC's zone, Gusztáv Kőváry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurél Paál came out of the goal and Gusztáv Kőváry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurél Paál came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Csabagyöngye's Janusz Banas. But to his dismay, Janusz Banas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Aurél Paál made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gusztáv Kőváry in the 76th minute of play. Óbuda Legion FC's Aurél Paál played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gusztáv Kőváry in the 78th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven Sandberg in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eloy Trujillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Csabagyöngye's Gusztáv Kőváry in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Óbuda Legion FC's goalie prevented a goal. Árpád Kuti kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Óbuda Legion FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Csabagyöngye had won, even though Óbuda Legion FC had held more of the ball.
