Jeromos Benedek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from István Gombos, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. István Gombos hit a great ball. Imre Kocsis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from András Takács, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. András Tóth's late challenge caught a Szakadát AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. András Tóth helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Zsámbék AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by András Tóth to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, András Takács got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Mózes Kovács managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zsámbék AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mózes Kovács was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeromos Benedek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Szakadát AC's Jeromos Benedek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szilárd Bencsik in the 43rd minute of play. András Takács fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Imre Kocsis having to interfere. Imre Kocsis made an important save on a dangerous shot by András Márkus in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mózes Kovács was the one to do the kick off. Szilárd Bencsik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeromos Benedek having to make a save. Jeromos Benedek didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. A collision led to Zsámbék AC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Dénes Zádor hit a great ball. Szakadát AC's György Újváry couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 65th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Zsámbék AC. After 67th play minutes András Takács shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Imre Kocsis and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 76th minute György Markó shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Imre Kocsis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. István Gombos's late challenge caught a Szakadát AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. István Gombos helped the player get up and apologised. András Takács recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Imre Kocsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from András Márkus in the 82nd minute of play. The attack was good, but when András Takács in the 88th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 89th match minute, Zsámbék AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ádám Tóth to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Zsámbék AC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Ónodi came free, but Imre Kocsis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hugó Bártfai hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Imre Kocsis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from András Takács in the 96th minute of the match. Szakadát AC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
