The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Ottó Kállai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Csepel FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ottó Kállai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kálmán Kovács breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Dömös's Vilmos Fábián got a free kick in the 9th minute. When Ottó Kállai came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Csepel FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ottó Kállai couldn't finish the play. 12 minutes into the game, Ottó Kállai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Kálmán Kovács was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ottó Kállai in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kálmán Kovács prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 19th match minute, Csepel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ottó Kállai to maneuver through the defense. In the 21stth minute of the game Ottó Kállai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dömös's Kálmán Kovács was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gusztáv Farkas to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andor Komáromi in the 51st minute of play forced Dömös's goalkeeper Kálmán Kovács to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andor Komáromi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kálmán Kovács read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ottó Kállai in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kálmán Kovács saved Dömös from getting behind. When the match was over Csepel FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dömös throughout the match.
