Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugó Kis to make the kick off. Szeged SE's Miklós Simon got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugó Kis in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Csaba Bakos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Szeged SE players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
