The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Csaba Papp during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Csaba Papp kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Dávid Csontos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mr.Hamar's Máté Benke. Máté Benke was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to A.C Budapest getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Marcell Gerő hit a great ball. If László Sárkány had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, A.C Budapest's Norbert Láng got control of the ball when Csaba Papp tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Csaba Papp got free with Norbert Láng in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kornél Dobi in the 31st minute of play forced A.C Budapest's goalkeeper Norbert Láng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miklós Pálinkás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Máté Benke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Péter Elek in the 39th minute of the match. The A.C Budapest fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when A.C Budapest's Miklós Pálinkás looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 47 minutes into the match, Mr.Hamar's goal looked a bit too open when Miklós Pálinkás came free, but Máté Benke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kornél Dobi was the one to do the kick off. Lázár Szentes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of A.C Budapest booed when Mr.Hamar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milán Vargha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentin Szikora struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Máté Benke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C Budapest. After a rather tough play, Mr.Hamar's László Sárkány got a free kick in the 58th minute. Miklós Pálinkás who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Máté Benke when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Miklós Pálinkáss short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Máté Benke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. László Pálffy's late challenge caught a Mr.Hamar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. László Pálffy helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mr.Hamar booed when A.C Budapest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. László Pálffy didn't get a good kick on the ball. The throw-in from Zalán Nagy in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by A.C Budapest's Lázár Szentes. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Miklós Pálinkás managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.C Budapest's supporters rose to their feet, but Miklós Pálinkás was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Máté Benke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miklós Pálinkás blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Máté Benke having to make a save. A.C Budapest played a much better game than Mr.Hamar and deserved their victory. The Mr.Hamar players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
