Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Renátó Dömötör started the match with the kick off. When Mucsi SI's Renátó Dömötör in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pusztaederics VSC's goalie prevented a goal. 4 minutes into the match, Mucsi SI's goal looked a bit too open when Zoltán Kelemen came free, but Árpád Lévai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Kristóf Sági sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Árpád Lévai threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Kristóf Sági this time. Csongor Hegedűs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Árpád Lévai having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pusztaederics VSC's Zoltán Kelemen got a free kick in the 19th minute. If Árpád Szakál had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Mucsi SI's goal looked a bit too open when Zoltán Kelemen came free, but Árpád Lévai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zoltán Kelemen kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. When Csongor Hegedűs came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Pusztaederics VSC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Csongor Hegedűs couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Csongor Hegedűs to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Pusztaederics VSC got a freekick which was hit by Kristóf Sági. In the 60th match minute, Pusztaederics VSC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dániel Földes to maneuver through the defense. Árpád Szakál fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miklós Irmai having to interfere. András Harsányi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tamás Tóth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Árpád Lévai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renátó Dömötör in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miklós Irmai saved Pusztaederics VSC from getting behind. Árpád Lévai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Csongor Hegedűs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mucsi SI booed when Pusztaederics VSC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristóf Sági didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Pusztaederics VSC's Miklós Irmai got control of the ball when Árpád Szakál tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 92ndth minute of the game Renátó Dömötör who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pusztaederics VSC's Miklós Irmai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pusztaederics VSC's András Harsányi got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Csongor Hegedűs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Mucsi SI supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mucsi SI would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
