Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Torony FC's Mihály Kurucz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Mihály Kurucz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bálint Pócsi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Átány Spartacus's Miklós Bollobás got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Márk Lovas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the match, Torony FC's Arnold Káposztás broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 15th match minute, Torony FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by András Simkó to maneuver through the defense. Szabolcs Herceg was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Szabolcs Herceg kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Bálint Pócsi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihály Kurucz in the 25th minute of play. Szabolcs Herceg struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Mátyás Páncsics didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Átány Spartacus. Mátyás Páncsics showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szabolcs Herceg, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. If Szabolcs Herceg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Szabolcs Herceg to make the kick off. Szabolcs Herceg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Mátyás Páncsics tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torony FC's Mátyás Páncsics played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szabolcs Herceg in the 55th minute of play. Átány Spartacus's Bálint Pócsi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Átány Spartacus from getting a goal against them. Mátyás Páncsics showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szabolcs Herceg in the 62nd minute of the match. If Károly Szabadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute Szabolcs Herceg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mátyás Páncsics saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szabolcs Herceg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mátyás Páncsics having to interfere. Mihály Kurucz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bálint Pócsi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Torony FC got a freekick which was hit by Nándor Takács. The audience held their breath when Adorján Koczka in the 80th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Mátyás Páncsics's left hand side. In the 82nd minute, Kornél Seres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes in the game, Mihály Kurucz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bálint Pócsi having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Mihály Kurucz took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Bálint Pócsi to make any attempt to save it. Károly Szabadi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Bálint Pócsi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Torony FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Torony FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
