Varsány's Viktor Bollobás played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcell Danka in the 3rd minute of play. The Suriname FC fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Suriname FC's Lóránt Pataky looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 10 minutes into the game, Ede Bártfai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Varsány's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Suriname FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Varsány's Ede Bártfai got a free kick in the 10th minute. Viktor Bollobás showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lóránt Pataky, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcell Danka in the 46th minute of play forced Varsány's goalkeeper Viktor Bollobás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Suriname FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Albert Keserű hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Marcell Danka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suriname FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcell Danka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Bollobás breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcell Danka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor Bollobás having to interfere. Viktor Bollobás didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lóránt Pataky went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Marcell Danka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viktor Bollobás was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Lóránt Pataky succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 75th playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Marcell Danka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suriname FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcell Danka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Bollobás breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Suriname FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
