Ábel Földi was slow to take the kick. During this time Hercegkút's players had a chance to rest. Benedek Buday fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Medárd Paszkál having to interfere. Márton Marton might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfréd Iványi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Márton Marton ran back to his position shaking his head. If Richárd Pál had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Márton Marton got free with Alfréd Iványi in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zoltán Balogh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfréd Iványi having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Quebec Avalanche's goal looked a bit too open when Géza Irmai came free, but Medárd Paszkál reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richárd Pál fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Medárd Paszkál having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Tibor Tinódi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 43 played minutes Quebec Avalanche got a freekick which was hit by Vince Elek. Medárd Paszkál took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richárd Pál, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Richárd Pál made a kick off. Vince Elek hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Zoltán Balogh made a precise shot to the right of Alfréd Iványi. Hercegkút's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 61 played minutes Quebec Avalanche got a freekick which was hit by Sándor Szakály. Richárd Pál fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Medárd Paszkál having to interfere. Medárd Paszkál came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Hercegkút's Benedek Buday. But to his dismay, Benedek Buday quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 74thth minute of the game Márton Marton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hercegkút's Alfréd Iványi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Quebec Avalanche's Zoltán Balogh in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hercegkút's goalie prevented a goal. Márton Marton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfréd Iványi having to interfere. If Márton Marton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Hercegkút players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Quebec Avalanche from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
