Spectators: 7828 (Terracing: 5872, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 156) Tófû's Mihály Szász started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tófû's Philip Geers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Máté Dala in the 5th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Ábel Bökönyi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ábel Bökönyi came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Somogyjád fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ábel Bökönyi couldn't finish the play. Philip Geers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ábel Bökönyi in the 11th minute of play. Szilveszter Vékony fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without József Herczegh having to interfere. Ábel Szentes hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Philip Geers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Máté Dala in the 23rd minute of the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Ábel Bökönyi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Somogyjád's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ábel Bökönyi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Péter Vágner fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tófû's protests and gave Péter Vágner a yellow card for diving instead. Szilveszter Vékony had several of the Somogyjád's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed József Herczegh as he didn't even see the shot coming. Máté Dala struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Philip Geers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Somogyjád. Máté Dala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mihály Szász received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. József Herczegh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Tófû's Philip Geers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Tófû from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ábel Bökönyi in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Philip Geers saved Tófû from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as József Fejes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Philip Geers. That made the score 1-1 in the 55 minute of play. Máté Dala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Philip Geers made a huge save. In the 59th match minute, Tófû was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sándor Vajda to maneuver through the defense. Ábel Bökönyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Philip Geers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ábel Bökönyi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mihály Szász in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg József Herczegh saved Somogyjád from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Somogyjád's József Fejes got a free kick in the 71st minute. Félix Erős's late challenge caught a Somogyjád's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Félix Erős helped the player get up and apologised. 74 minutes into the game, one of Tófû:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 80th play minute Máté Dala came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Philip Geers. 1-2. When Somogyjád's Ábel Bökönyi in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tófû's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ábel Bökönyi in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philip Geers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ábel Bökönyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Geers having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Somogyjád got a freekick which was hit by Zakariás Tulipán. After 95 played minutes Tófû got a freekick which was hit by Balázs Kőváry. 97 minutes into the game, Somogyjád's Máté Dala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Philip Geers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Somogyjád's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
