With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miklós Seres prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Brúnó Varga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miklós Seres was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Brúnó Varga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. With a little luck, Real Madrid Casilla's Miklós Seres got control of the ball when Krisztián Béres tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miklós Seres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brúnó Varga, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 30th minute, Brúnó Varga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roland Vályogos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfréd Páncsics went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 38 minutes into the game, Ferencvárosi TC's Krisztián Béres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miklós Seres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 42ndth minute of the game Brúnó Varga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madrid Casilla's Miklós Seres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ferencvárosi TC's Brúnó Varga got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstantin Nyilasi in the 48th minute of play forced Real Madrid Casilla's goalkeeper Miklós Seres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjámin Tököli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Real Madrid Casilla's Miklós Seres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konstantin Nyilasi in the 51st minute of play. If Brúnó Varga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the game, Krisztián Béres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Miklós Seres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Miklós Seres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krisztián Béres in the 61st minute of the match. Márton Tóth scored 4-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miklós Seres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Miklós Seres was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ede Lengyel during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Real Madrid Casilla getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Ede Lengyel hit a great ball. If Brúnó Varga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. Ferencvárosi TC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
