The supporters of Jánkmajtis SK booed when Mosonszolnok FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ottó Szőnyi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilmos Cziráki in the 8th minute of play forced Mosonszolnok FC's goalkeeper Aladár Kővári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aladár Kővári took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilmos Cziráki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aladár Kővári stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vilmos Cziráki's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Ferenc Mester's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Norbert Nagy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vilmos Cziráki in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aladár Kővári prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Örs Gyarmati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Leó Gere from long distance, 26 minutes into the match, got Aladár Kővári's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 31 minutes into the match, Mosonszolnok FC's goalkeeper Aladár Kővári had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Örs Gyarmati. Vilmos Cziráki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aladár Kővári read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Mosonszolnok FC's Aladár Kővári proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Mosonszolnok FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Vilmos Cziráki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aladár Kővári was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. György Szénási helped the player get up and apologised. György Szénási hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Örs Gyarmati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Aladár Kővári tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vilmos Cziráki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aladár Kővári having to interfere. A collision led to Mosonszolnok FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Ottó Szőnyi hit a great ball. Vilmos Cziráki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. The Mosonszolnok FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aladár Kővári should have stopped the shot. If Örs Gyarmati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Géza Lévai's late challenge caught a Mosonszolnok FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Géza Lévai helped the player get up and apologised. After 93 minutes of play, Jánkmajtis SK's Vilmos Vén made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aladár Kővári was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that Jánkmajtis SK were the better team. Jánkmajtis SK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
