The supporters of Kerkafalva booed when Surd FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mátyás Sós didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5thth minute of the game Csaba Sárkány who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Surd FC's Bernát Borsos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Surd FC's Barnabás Szőlősi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vince Szalontai made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Dávid Szőcs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Vince Szalontai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Surd FC's Barnabás Szőlősi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 19th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mátyás Sós during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mátyás Sós kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Róbert Bíró hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vince Szalontai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barnabás Szőlősi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Surd FC's Vince Szalontai threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Barnabás Szőlősi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 40th minute, Róbert Bíró hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 46 minutes, Róbert Bíró mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kerkafalva and the Surd FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Barnabás Szőlősi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vince Szalontai came out and tried to block the shot, but Barnabás Szőlősi slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

53 minutes into the match, Kerkafalva's goal looked a bit too open when Barnabás Szőlősi came free, but Vince Szalontai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Csaba Sárkány could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Bernát Borsos made a huge save. Vince Szalontai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dávid Szőcs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dávid Szőcs in the 69th minute of play forced Kerkafalva's goalkeeper Vince Szalontai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dávid Szőcs in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vince Szalontai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kerkafalva's Róbert Bíró got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Róbert Bíró off the ground. Vince Szalontai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dávid Szőcs in the 82nd minute of play. In the 85th minute Barnabás Szőlősi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Szalontai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barnabás Szőlősi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Tamás Vass got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 94th minute Barnabás Szőlősi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Szalontai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Surd FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
