The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 12 minutes, Endre Bodnár managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VASAS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Endre Bodnár was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Endre Bodnár's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Márk Pádár was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Márk Pádár came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by VASAS FC's Endre Bodnár. But to his dismay, Endre Bodnár quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Lóránt Jánosi got his second yellow card in the match during the 25th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Lóránt Jánosi kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, VASAS FC's Endre Bodnár nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Márk Pádár made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, Endre Bodnár notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Jánosháza ETO's Márk Pádár. Márk Pádár was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Endre Bodnár received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Márk Pádár tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Endre Bodnár in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Márk Pádár prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Kornél Kocsis managed to get in a good position for a shot. VASAS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kornél Kocsis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Márk Pádár breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 45 minutes, Endre Murai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VASAS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Endre Murai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Endre Bodnár fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márk Pádár having to interfere.

The wind increased when Szabolcs Gyurkovics made the kick off in the second half. Soma Sári hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. VASAS FC's Endre Bodnár got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 61 minutes, Endre Murai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VASAS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Endre Murai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Endre Bodnár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute Szabolcs Gyurkovics shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but János Sólyom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 71 minutes, Endre Bodnár managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VASAS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Endre Bodnár was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Szabolcs Mayer fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. VASAS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jánosháza ETO the free kick. VASAS FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
