Spectators: 7770 (Terracing: 5828, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 155) Béla Pásztor started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Béla Pásztor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Károly Veres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viktor Józsa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gergely Oláh went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Renátó Tokody had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Gergely Oláh managed to get in a good position for a shot. 12 Dühös Ember's supporters rose to their feet, but Gergely Oláh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Józsa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Kaposszerdahely Se's Viktor Józsa got control of the ball when Gergely Oláh tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 Dühös Ember's Károly Veres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Béla Pásztor in the 35th minute of play. Gergely Oláh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kaposszerdahely Se's Csaba Nyúl got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute Béla Pásztor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Károly Veres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Árpád Rahner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Renátó Tokody made the kick off in the second half. Károly Veres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Árpád Rahner in the 53rd minute. With a little luck, 12 Dühös Ember's Károly Veres got control of the ball when Árpád Rahner tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Béla Pásztor took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Károly Veres to make any attempt to save it. In the 65th minute Béla Pásztor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Károly Veres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, Kaposszerdahely Se's Árpád Rahner made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Károly Veres was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Renátó Tokody's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viktor Józsa was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Károly Veres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Béla Pásztor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute Emánuel Tóth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Károly Veres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Béla Pásztor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Károly Veres. Béla Pásztor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Árpád Rahner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Béla Pásztor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Károly Veres having to interfere. Árpád Rahner who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Károly Veres when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kaposszerdahely Se's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
