In the 39th minute Frigyes Ferenc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but András Fábián saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bácsborsód's Ábel Földesi got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. András Fábián showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ábel Földesi, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gábor Horváth made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Bugyi EAC's Ábel Markovits nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bertalan Dénes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After a rather tough play, Bugyi EAC's Gergely Bagi got a free kick in the 57th minute. The long shot by József Sári in the 57th minute really tested András Fábián's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Gergely Bagi was shown his second yellow card after 70 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Bugyi EAC's András Fábián played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frigyes Ferenc in the 71st minute of play. After 72 played minutes Bugyi EAC got a freekick which was hit by Kálmán Markó. 75 minutes into the match, Bácsborsód's goal looked a bit too open when Gábor Horváth came free, but Bertalan Dénes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Gábor Horváth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bácsborsód's goalkeeper Bertalan Dénes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ábel Földesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bácsborsód's Frigyes Ferenc got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ábel Földesi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but András Fábián made a huge save. In the 87th match minute, Bugyi EAC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leó Szeszák to maneuver through the defense. Ábel Földesi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of András Fábián when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Leó Szeszák fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bugyi EAC's protests and gave Leó Szeszák a yellow card for diving instead.
