Róbert Demeter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boldizsár Tábori in the 3rd minute of the match. After 4 minutes of play, Berekalja Diói's Mátyás Halász made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Róbert Demeter was left in no man's land by his defense there! 9 minutes into the match, Somogyvár EAC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcell Erdei came free, but Róbert Demeter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Róbert Demeter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcell Erdei went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Somogyvár EAC's Róbert Demeter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcell Erdei in the 21st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Berekalja Diói's zone, Olivér Demeter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aigars Vagals came out of the goal and Olivér Demeter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 30 minutes into the match, Somogyvár EAC's goal looked a bit too open when Boldizsár Tábori came free, but Róbert Demeter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Róbert Demeter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boldizsár Tábori in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Olivér Demeter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Somogyvár EAC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berekalja Diói the free kick. In the 38th minute, Olivér Demeter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute Marcell Erdei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Demeter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Somogyvár EAC's goal looked a bit too open when Mátyás Halász came free, but Róbert Demeter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcell Erdei made a kick off. Somogyvár EAC's Róbert Demeter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcell Erdei in the 53rd minute of play. When Boldizsár Tábori fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berekalja Diói's protests and gave Boldizsár Tábori a yellow card for diving instead. Boldizsár Tábori kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Aigars Vagals took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferenc Czibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64thth minute of the game Olivér Demeter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Berekalja Diói's Aigars Vagals was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Róbert Demeter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lajos Bíró, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Somogyvár EAC's Róbert Demeter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Somogyvár EAC from getting a goal against them. Róbert Demeter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcell Erdei, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Czibor in the 69th minute of play forced Berekalja Diói's goalkeeper Aigars Vagals to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Berekalja Diói's Mátyás Halász slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Róbert Demeter. That made the score 1-4 after 74 minutes of play. Somogyvár EAC's Róbert Demeter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lajos Bíró in the 78th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Benedek Vígh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Endre Vágner's late challenge caught a Berekalja Diói's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Endre Vágner helped the player get up and apologised. Endre Vágner hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the game, Álmos Tokaji recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Róbert Demeter. Álmos Tokaji showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Gáspár Gerő kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After having played for 90 minutes, Zsolt Barabás managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Somogyvár EAC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zsolt Barabás was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Milán Gerencsér kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 96th minute Marcell Erdei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Demeter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berekalja Diói played a much better game than Somogyvár EAC and deserved their victory. The Somogyvár EAC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
