After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Ferenc Czibor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Somogyvár EAC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferenc Czibor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. János Tamás breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 6 minutes, Ferenc Pető managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TopElevenFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferenc Pető was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Péter Pócsi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of TopElevenFC's János Tamás. János Tamás was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Péter Pócsi in the 17th minute of play forced TopElevenFC's goalkeeper János Tamás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Ferenc Czibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but János Tamás saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 played minutes TopElevenFC got a freekick which was hit by Tibor Kun. 24 minutes into the match, TopElevenFC's goal looked a bit too open when Péter Pócsi came free, but János Tamás reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richárd Horváth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Ferenc Pető reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Róbert Demeter. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 31st minute, Richárd Horváth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferenc Pető in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Róbert Demeter saved Somogyvár EAC from getting behind. A hard shot 40 in the game by Richárd Horváth from a close distance when the talented Róbert Demeter managed to make a qualified save. Somogyvár EAC's players were relieved. 42 minutes into the match, Somogyvár EAC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferenc Pető came free, but Róbert Demeter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ferenc Czibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferenc Czibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without János Tamás having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richárd Horváth to make the kick off. If Zsolt Barabás had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Czibor in the 53rd minute of play forced TopElevenFC's goalkeeper János Tamás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Somogyvár EAC's Norbert Vörös got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some careless play in the Somogyvár EAC defense, Richárd Horváth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Róbert Demeter. The Somogyvár EAC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Róbert Demeter should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute Richárd Horváth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Demeter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Richárd Horváth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Róbert Demeter was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Ferenc Pető took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Róbert Demeter. Róbert Demeter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richárd Horváth in the 67th minute of play. After 77 played minutes Somogyvár EAC got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Vörös. Róbert Demeter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richárd Horváth, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Richárd Horváth kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Norbert Vörös hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Richárd Horváth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Róbert Demeter having to interfere. Kornél Zarka charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kornél Zarka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Kornél Zarka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TopElevenFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Zsolt Barabás scored to the left of an out of position János Tamás, making the score, 3-2. With a little luck, TopElevenFC's János Tamás got control of the ball when Kornél Zarka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kornél Zarka got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 95th match minute, Somogyvár EAC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kornél Zarka to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that TopElevenFC were the better team. TopElevenFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
