Norbert Szeszák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iván Bányay having to interfere. Iván Bányay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of József Buday's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. In the 12th minute Gáspár Dala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Csanád Jánosi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. József Buday came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Iván Bányay could save by the left post. József Buday succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 20th playminute. Norbert Szeszák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iván Bányay having to interfere. Kázmér Demeter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iván Bányay having to make a save. József Buday struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Iván Bányay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szabolcs. In the 36th minute, József Buday left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Szabolcs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Norbert Szeszák sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 43 minutes of play, Szabolcs's József Buday made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iván Bányay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gábor Temesvári to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Gábor Temesvári was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Petty007's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Szabolcs the free kick. In the 57th minute, Gábor Temesvári hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Szabolcs defense, Gáspár Dala kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Csanád Jánosi. The Szabolcs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Csanád Jánosi should have stopped the shot. After 69 minutes, Géza Rózsa made it 7-1 with a short kick to the right side. Petty007's Iván Bányay tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Norbert Szeszák had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rudolf Fenyvessy during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Szabolcs booed when Petty007 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Fenyvessy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Petty007's zone, Kázmér Demeter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iván Bányay came out of the goal and Kázmér Demeter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Petty007 booed when Szabolcs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Géza Rózsa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petty007's Iván Bányay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kázmér Demeter in the 88th minute of play. Iván Bányay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norbert Szeszák went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. Kázmér Demeter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Iván Bányay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Szabolcs were the better team. Szabolcs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
