An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihály Kossuth in the 30th minute of play forced Gyalóka's goalkeeper Árpád Kállay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferenc Horváth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukács Sipos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Rudolf Béres made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Gyalóka's Kristóf Dobos got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute of the match Márk Gerencsér sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Árpád Kállay skillfully saved the ball. Ferenc Horváth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lukács Sipos in the 68th minute. Ferenc Horváth made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Zachariasz Matuch sent off a good shot on target. Gyalóka's Ákos Kádár suffered a sprained foot after 74 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Tamás Holzhauser's late challenge caught a Gyalóka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tamás Holzhauser helped the player get up and apologised. Zachariasz Matuch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ferenc Horváth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Gyalóka booed when Sc Finals was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. László Szívós didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Sc Finals's Ferenc Horváth got control of the ball when Lukács Sipos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Zachariasz Matuch had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferenc Horváth. Sc Finals's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zachariasz Matuch was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. During the 95th minute of the match Tamás Holzhauser completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tamás Holzhauser a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game.
