Krisztián Virág showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tivadar Fenyvesi, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Lajos Szőke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferenc Boros in the 15th minute. After 16 played minutes Palma Kossuth Tér got a freekick which was hit by Tivadar Fenyvesi. Ferenc Boros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lajos Szőke having to interfere. Vítor Melo might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Krisztián Virág. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vítor Melo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bálint Vastag in the 28th minute of play forced Dennis Bergkamp School's goalkeeper Krisztián Virág to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tivadar Fenyvesi's late challenge caught a Dennis Bergkamp School's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tivadar Fenyvesi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Palma Kossuth Tér's Tivadar Fenyvesi got a free kick in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Melo in the 34th minute of play forced Dennis Bergkamp School's goalkeeper Krisztián Virág to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute Bálint Vastag shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krisztián Virág saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the match, Vítor Melo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Dennis Bergkamp School's Krisztián Virág. Krisztián Virág was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lajos Szőke was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ádám Forgács showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 46 minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vítor Melo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Dennis Bergkamp School was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferenc Boros to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Vítor Melo took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Krisztián Virág to make any attempt to save it. Ferenc Boros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Krisztián Virág yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Vítor Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palma Kossuth Tér's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Krisztián Virág breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Szilárd Gyarmati sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute Vítor Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krisztián Virág saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 played minutes Dennis Bergkamp School got a freekick which was hit by Ádám Forgács. Vítor Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Palma Kossuth Tér played a much better game than Dennis Bergkamp School and deserved their victory. The Dennis Bergkamp School players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
