Csanád Gergely was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute, Benedek Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Csanád Gergely took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Palma Kossuth Tér's Lajos Szőke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Palma Kossuth Tér from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vítor Melo in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Csanád Gergely saved JuveHun from getting behind. In the 44th minute Vítor Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Csanád Gergely saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bálint Vastag had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Csanád Gergely tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Palma Kossuth Tér had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
