When Dániel Cziráki fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Veresegyház VSK's protests and gave Dániel Cziráki a yellow card for diving instead. Dániel Cziráki kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tamás Dénes in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roland Pécsi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. György Bodó made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gergely Csonka in the 8th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Veresegyház VSK's zone, Renátó Gál stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roland Pécsi came out of the goal and Renátó Gál tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. György Bodó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tamás Horváth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renátó Gál took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roland Pécsi. Roland Pécsi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kispest HFC's goalkeeper György Bodó, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Endre Veress kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tamás Horváth in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck György Bodó prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tamás Radnai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roland Pécsi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tamás Dénes, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Kispest HFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tamás Horváth came free, but György Bodó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. György Bodó stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tamás Horváth's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 34 minutes, András Kocsis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Veresegyház VSK and the Kispest HFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. András Kocsis kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Dániel Cziráki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without György Bodó having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tamás Horváth made a kick off. István Gácsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without György Bodó having to interfere. Renátó Gál received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Roland Pécsi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Kispest HFC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Tibor Andrássy hit a great ball. In the 65th match minute, Veresegyház VSK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milán Hegyi to maneuver through the defense. István Gácsi struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. György Bodó didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veresegyház VSK. György Bodó made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Tamás Horváth sent off a good shot on target. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If István Gácsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
