After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Nagybánhegyes SK! Henrik Rákosi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from József Weszely in the 9th minute of the match. If Mátyás Keresztesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrik Rákosi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from József Weszely in the 15th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pál Forgács during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zuglói Arsenal FC's Pál Forgács got a free kick in the 16th minute. When Zuglói Arsenal FC's Gábor Gerencsér in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by József Weszely in the 31st minute of play forced Zuglói Arsenal FC's goalkeeper Henrik Rákosi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Nándor Kuti shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henrik Rákosi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Gábor Gerencsér notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Nagybánhegyes SK's Ferenc Domonkos. Ferenc Domonkos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Nagybánhegyes SK's zone, Mátyás Keresztesi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferenc Domonkos came out of the goal and Mátyás Keresztesi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mátyás Keresztesi struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Ferenc Domonkos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zuglói Arsenal FC. Ferenc Domonkos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mátyás Keresztesi's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 46thth minute of the game Gábor Gerencsér who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nagybánhegyes SK's Ferenc Domonkos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Zuglói Arsenal FC's Henrik Rákosi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktor Gerebics in the 59th minute of play. Nagybánhegyes SK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Mátyás Keresztesi scored to the left of an out of position Ferenc Domonkos, making the score, 0-3. Gábor Gerencsér fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferenc Domonkos having to interfere. József Weszely struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Henrik Rákosi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nagybánhegyes SK. 86 minutes into the match, Zuglói Arsenal FC's Mátyás Keresztesi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferenc Domonkos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Nagybánhegyes SK's Ferenc Domonkos got control of the ball when Pál Forgács tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Zuglói Arsenal FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nagybánhegyes SK.
