Spectators: 8030 (Terracing: 6024, Seating: 1846, VIP seats: 160) József Weszely made the kick off and thus started the match. Ferenc Domonkos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márton Benkó in the 4th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Márton Benkó managed to get in a good position for a shot. Madrid's supporters rose to their feet, but Márton Benkó was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferenc Domonkos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Madrid booed when Nagybánhegyes SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. András Toldi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 16 played minutes Nagybánhegyes SK got a freekick which was hit by Bence Miklós. Nagybánhegyes SK's Vilmos Koncz pulled a muscle in his leg after 18 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Dömötör Grósz's late challenge caught a Nagybánhegyes SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dömötör Grósz helped the player get up and apologised. Viktor Gerebics recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Viktor Gerebics had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mihály Bencik was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Bálint Tandori capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bálint Tandori really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márton Benkó in the 36th minute of play forced Nagybánhegyes SK's goalkeeper Ferenc Domonkos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 played minutes Madrid got a freekick which was hit by Péter Vargha. Nagybánhegyes SK's József Weszely shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 45th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mihály Bencik but with some difficulty. In the 48th minute, Márton Benkó hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Márton Benkó to make the kick off. When Márton Benkó came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Madrid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Márton Benkó couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute, one of Madrid:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Madrid. Mihály Bencik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from András Toldi in the 63rd minute of the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Mihály Bertha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mihály Bertha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 69 played minutes Madrid got a freekick which was hit by Félix Ferenczy. With a little luck, Nagybánhegyes SK's Ferenc Domonkos got control of the ball when Mihály Bertha tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktor Gerebics in the 81st minute of play forced Madrid's goalkeeper Mihály Bencik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Bálint Tandori had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihály Bencik. Madrid's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bálint Tandori was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 91st match minute, Madrid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márton Benkó to maneuver through the defense.
