In the 24thth minute of the game Vilmos Berta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barcs ETO's Szilárd Demeter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Barcs ETO's goal looked a bit too open when Miklós Cziráki came free, but Szilárd Demeter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match Zalaszàntò SE got a corner. Barcs ETO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zoltán Udvarhelyi ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Zalaszàntò SE's corner Zoltán Udvarhelyi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Szilárd Demeter quite easily take care of the ball. Vilmos Berta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szilárd Demeter having to interfere. Zalaszàntò SE's Elek Szalai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Zalaszàntò SE from getting a goal against them. Vince Gál sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Zalaszàntò SE booed when Barcs ETO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Csongrádi didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miklós Cziráki in the 47th minute of play forced Barcs ETO's goalkeeper Szilárd Demeter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Szilárd Demeter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vilmos Berta in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miklós Cziráki in the 66th minute of play forced Barcs ETO's goalkeeper Szilárd Demeter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barcs ETO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Miklós Cziráki scored to the left of an out of position Szilárd Demeter, making the score, 0-3. Vilmos Berta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Szilárd Demeter when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Szilárd Demeter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vilmos Berta went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 78th minute, András Balogh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Zalaszàntò SE's Miklós Cziráki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Szilárd Demeter. That made the score 0-5 after 83 minutes of play. Vilmos Bertas short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Szilárd Demeter to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Szilárd Demeter made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Vilmos Berta sent off a good shot on target. If Miklós Cziráki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vilmos Berta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vince Gál had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
