Lénárd Újházi made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Hakikapsz's József Császár. Tamás Bányai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Béla Gömöri, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Örs Bodó kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gáspár Kántor. That made the score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. József Császár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Péter Rácz during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tibor Nyúl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamás Bányai having to interfere. The supporters of Encs booed when Hakikapsz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Örs Bodó didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

András Benedek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gáspár Kántor having to make a save. In the 55th minute, Örs Bodó hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lajos Fülöp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tamás Bányai having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Lajos Fülöp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tamás Bányai made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Béla Gömöri sent off a good shot on target. Hakikapsz's Tamás Bányai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tibor Nyúl in the 71st minute of play. After 74 played minutes Hakikapsz got a freekick which was hit by Kálmán Bogdán. When Péter Rácz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 76 minutes had been played. Péter Rácz kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Béla Gömöri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Béla Gömöri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tamás Bányai read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. If Lajos Fülöp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88thth minute of the game József Császár who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Encs's Gáspár Kántor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. András Benedek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Gáspár Kántor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrik Erős kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Hakikapsz's Tamás Bányai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Hakikapsz from getting a goal against them. 97 minutes into the match, Lajos Fülöp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tamás Bányai. Hakikapsz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lajos Fülöp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Encs succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Hakikapsz had controlled the match.
