A collision led to Debercsény FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Sándor Csiszár hit a great ball. Zalaszàntò SE's Pál Pulai quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 13th play minutes Miklós Cziráki shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Imre Rácz and just under the crossbar into goal. Adrián Szilágyi hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 17 played minutes, Zalaszàntò SE's Zoltán Udvarhelyi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Imre Rácz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zalaszàntò SE reached it. After a rather tough play, Debercsény FC's Attila Rózsa got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Zoltán Udvarhelyi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zalaszàntò SE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zoltán Udvarhelyi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Debercsény FC's Imre Rácz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by András Balogh in the 27th minute of play. Imre Rácz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilmos Berta in the 28th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Zalaszàntò SE. Zoltán Udvarhelyi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Imre Rácz. 0-2. Imre Rácz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from András Balogh in the 39th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Debercsény FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vilmos Berta came free, but Imre Rácz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Zalaszàntò SE were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Zsolt Marton came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Debercsény FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zsolt Marton couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Zalaszàntò SE's András Balogh slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Imre Rácz. That made the score 0-3 after 58 minutes of play. Imre Rácz was a little too slow when Miklós Cziráki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-4. Imre Rácz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vilmos Berta in the 68th minute. Sándor Csiszár hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Imre Rácz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miklós Cziráki, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Vilmos Berta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Imre Rácz made a huge save. Zalaszàntò SE's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
