In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Hedrehely VTK's goalkeeper Lajos Kocsis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes into the game, Pál Lipták recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lajos Kocsis. Pál Lipták showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Árpád Tímár took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Lajos Kocsis to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kornél Havas in the 17th minute of play forced Zirc VSE's goalkeeper Bulcsú Jósa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 minutes, Kornél Havas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hedrehely VTK and the Zirc VSE players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Kornél Havas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 23 minutes into the match, Hedrehely VTK's goalkeeper Lajos Kocsis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Árpád Tímár. Pál Lipták hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Árpád Tímár had several of the Hedrehely VTK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 29 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Lajos Kocsis as he didn't even see the shot coming. The crowd rose to their feet as Zirc VSE's Pál Lipták slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lajos Kocsis. That made the score 4-0 after 33 minutes of play. Lajos Kocsis made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Árpád Tímár sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the game, Pál Lipták recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lajos Kocsis. Pál Lipták showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Árpád Tímár who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Lajos Kocsis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 54th minute Pál Lipták shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Kocsis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Árpád Tímár's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lajos Kocsis was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Kajetan Hatman hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Roland Takács's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bulcsú Jósa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Lajos Kocsis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Árpád Tímár's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 61st minute Árpád Tímár shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Kocsis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 minutes, Albert Nagy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hedrehely VTK and the Zirc VSE players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 62 played minutes Hedrehely VTK got a freekick which was hit by Albert Nagy. When Árpád Tímár came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Zirc VSE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Árpád Tímár couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the game, Pál Lipták cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Lajos Kocsis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Hedrehely VTK getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Lóránt Angyal hit a great ball. Lajos Kocsis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Árpád Tímár in the 80th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Árpád Tímár's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lajos Kocsis was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After having played for 85 minutes, Pál Lipták managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zirc VSE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pál Lipták was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pál Lipták in the 88th minute of play forced Hedrehely VTK's goalkeeper Lajos Kocsis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Zirc VSE's Árpád Tímár nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lajos Kocsis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 96thth minute of the game Árpád Tímár who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hedrehely VTK's Lajos Kocsis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Zirc VSE had played much better football throughout.
