Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vince Gál took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Zalaszàntò SE's goal looked a bit too open when Vince Gál came free, but Elek Szalai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miklós Cziráki was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 11th minute. Zalaszàntò SE's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafael Csongrádi during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rafael Csongrádi hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zalaszàntò SE's goalkeeper Elek Szalai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Barcs ETO's Szilárd Demeter got control of the ball when Vilmos Berta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miklós Cziráki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vilmos Berta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Szilárd Demeter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Miklós Cziráki came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Zalaszàntò SE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miklós Cziráki couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Miklós Cziráki made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Vilmos Berta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barcs ETO's Szilárd Demeter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miklós Cziráki in the 57th minute of play. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Vilmos Berta sped through Barcs ETO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Szilárd Demeter. Elek Szalai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vince Gál in the 65th minute of play. András Balogh struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Szilárd Demeter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zalaszàntò SE. Vilmos Berta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Szilárd Demeter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Vilmos Berta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zalaszàntò SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Vilmos Berta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Szilárd Demeter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute, Vilmos Berta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Miklós Cziráki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zalaszàntò SE's Elek Szalai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Zalaszàntò SE from getting a goal against them.
