Spectators: 8083 (Terracing: 6063, Seating: 1859, VIP seats: 161) FC Spinell's Kristóf Kenesei started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 played minutes FC Spinell got a freekick which was hit by Géza Gácsi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sándor Zádori in the 11th minute of play forced FC Spinell's goalkeeper Viktor Császár to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viktor Császár came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Lokomotív FC's István Dancs. But to his dismay, István Dancs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. FC Spinell's Viktor Császár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by István Dancs in the 22nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by István Dancs during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lokomotív FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. István Dancs hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Tibor Zsinka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Viktor Császár was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 41 minutes into the game, Lokomotív FC's Tibor Zsinka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Viktor Császár made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After the first half Lokomotív FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, FC Spinell's Viktor Zakariás got a free kick in the 53rd minute. FC Spinell's Viktor Császár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sándor Zádori in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute of the match, István Dancs got a very nice opportunity to score, but Viktor Császár was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If István Dancs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viktor Császár showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sándor Zádori, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Viktor Császár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sándor Zádori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-5 became the score in the 80th minute when Sándor Zádori elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Sándor Zádori ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Viktor Császár was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Sándor Zádori received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Viktor Császár came out and tried to block the shot, but Sándor Zádori slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 90th minute. If Gyula Szőcs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tibor Zsinka received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Viktor Császár came out and tried to block the shot, but Tibor Zsinka slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 97th minute. When the final whistle sounded Lokomotív FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Spinell.
