Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Attila Páncsics managed to get in a good position for a shot. Going Down's supporters rose to their feet, but Attila Páncsics was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sándor Pál-Szabó breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 4th minute of the match, Balázs Gyurkovics got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sándor Pál-Szabó was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After having played for 6 minutes, Balázs Gyurkovics managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Going Down's supporters crossed their fingers, but Balázs Gyurkovics was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zsolt Nagy took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferenc Végh. Ferenc Végh dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 17th minute, Balázs Gyurkovics made a precise shot to the right of Sándor Pál-Szabó. Neutraliz FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 22nd minute, Zsolt Nagy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Neutraliz FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Ferenc Végh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mátyás Nyíri, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Mátyás Nyíri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 53 played minutes, Neutraliz FC's Domonkos Lendvay shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ferenc Végh came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Neutraliz FC reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Neutraliz FC's zone, Balázs Gyurkovics stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sándor Pál-Szabó came out of the goal and Balázs Gyurkovics tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Attila Páncsics fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sándor Pál-Szabó having to interfere. After having played for 60 minutes, Balázs Gyurkovics managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neutraliz FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
