Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Csongor Lipták got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute Tibor Ludas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakab Baranyai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zsolt Angyal kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 14 played minutes Ecseg got a freekick which was hit by Zsolt Angyal. Bertold Koós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pál Sass, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Boldizsár Sörös hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When Csongor Lipták came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ecseg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Csongor Lipták couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Csongor Lipták in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bertold Koós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. During the 34th minute of the match József Jósa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave József Jósa a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. József Jósa hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Mihály Baranyai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Mihály Baranyai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bertold Koós. HFLand's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mihály Baranyai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 47 minutes into the match, Ecseg's Mihály Baranyai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bertold Koós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristinel Bungeanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zsolt Angyal kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Tibor Ludas hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ecseg booed when HFLand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristinel Bungeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Ecseg getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. János Cziráki hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes Ecseg got a freekick which was hit by Csongor Lipták. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristinel Bungeanu in the 72nd minute of play forced Ecseg's goalkeeper Jakab Baranyai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Csongor Lipták hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Csongor Lipták charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Csongor Lipták the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ecseg getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Csongor Lipták hit a great ball. Bertold Koós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihály Baranyai in the 82nd minute of the match. Ecseg were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after HFLand's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Csongor Lipták took the corner. Csongor Lipták made a great header on Ecseg's corner, it was just that HFLand's Bertold Koós managed to reach the ball for a save. Bertold Koós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pál Sass in the 85th minute of play. Mihály Baranyai might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bertold Koós. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mihály Baranyai ran back to his position shaking his head. Mihály Baranyai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute.
