Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Jakab Baranyai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from György Puskás in the 7th minute of play. Mihály Baranyai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without József Görbe having to interfere. József Görbe made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Mihály Baranyai sent off a good shot on target. If Pál Sass had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rátót SE's Miklós Fenyves got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. József Görbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Csongor Lipták in the 17th minute of play. When Pál Sass came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Ecseg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pál Sass couldn't finish the play. Jakab Baranyai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from György Puskás went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jakab Baranyai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from György Puskás in the 25th minute of play. Jakab Baranyai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Szentesi, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 35th minute, Miklós Fenyves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute Valentin Nyilasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakab Baranyai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Norbert Kereki came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Rátót SE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norbert Kereki couldn't finish the play. With 40 minutes on the clock, János Cziráki commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Béla Ferenczy kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. József Görbe was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from József Jósa. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when György Puskás stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Rátót SE's Miklós Fenyves made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jakab Baranyai was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecseg's Jakab Baranyai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Ecseg from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute György Puskás shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jakab Baranyai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 played minutes Ecseg got a freekick which was hit by Kristóf Danka. The crowd rose to their feet as Rátót SE's György Puskás slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jakab Baranyai. That made the score 0-4 after 60 minutes of play. With a little luck, Ecseg's Jakab Baranyai got control of the ball when Norbert Szentesi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 77 minutes, Tamás Vass mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rátót SE and the Ecseg players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Tamás Vass hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Mihály Baranyai notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Rátót SE's József Görbe. József Görbe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kornél Lengyel struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Jakab Baranyai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rátót SE. When József Jósa fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecseg's protests and gave József Jósa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, József Jósa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Kornél Lengyel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rátót SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Kornél Lengyel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakab Baranyai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
