Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zoltán Pécsi started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Cukicsapat's zone, Valentin Nyilasi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. János Sallay came out of the goal and Valentin Nyilasi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Norbert Szentesi came free with the goalkeeper in the 10th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and János Sallay could save by the left post. 13 minutes into the match, Cukicsapat's goalkeeper János Sallay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Norbert Szentesi. The crowd rose to their feet as Rátót SE's György Puskás slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of János Sallay. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. Zoltán Pécsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without József Görbe having to interfere. Valentin Nyilasi lost his temper 20 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rátót SE! József Görbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tamás Magos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. József Görbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sándor Tóth in the 26th minute of play. János Sallay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miklós Fenyves, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. János Sallay made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Norbert Szentesi sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 34 minutes, Norbert Szentesi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rátót SE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norbert Szentesi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. József Görbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zoltán Pécsi in the 36th minute of play. If Norbert Szentesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Rátót SE booed when Cukicsapat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tamás Magos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ákos Koczka hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Cukicsapat's János Sallay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by György Puskás in the 43rd minute of play. Miklós Fenyves charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miklós Fenyves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Rátót SE's Miklós Fenyves got a free kick in the 45th minute.

53 minutes into the match, Rátót SE's goal looked a bit too open when Béla Majoros came free, but József Görbe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 54 minutes of play, Cukicsapat's Zoltán Pécsi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. József Görbe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sándor Tóth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. József Görbe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. János Sallay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Szentesi in the 60th minute of the match. Béla Majoros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Norbert Szentesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. József Görbe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sándor Tóth in the 73rd minute of the match. Béla Majoros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without József Görbe having to interfere. A collision led to Rátót SE getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Kornél Lengyel hit a great ball. János Sallay came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Rátót SE's György Puskás. But to his dismay, György Puskás quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Kornél Lengyel's late challenge caught a Cukicsapat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kornél Lengyel helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes Rátót SE got a freekick which was hit by Kornél Lengyel. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zoltán Pécsi got free with József Görbe in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. József Görbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoltán Pécsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tamás Magos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
