Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) Norbert Mayer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Szalafõ's Pál Kis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihály Benkô in the 3rd minute of play. Ákos Simon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Pál Mogyorós made a huge save. Pál Kis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dániel Rahner in the 10th minute of the match. Gusztáv Borsó kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Gergely Vastag recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebestyén Szuper during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Csertalakos booed when Szalafõ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebestyén Szuper didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gergely Vastag sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Szalafõ's Frigyes Sárkány got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Pál Kis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gergely Vastag in the 39th minute of play. Szabolcs Bíró might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pál Kis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Szabolcs Bíró ran back to his position shaking his head. Csertalakos's Gergely Vastag got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pál Kis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szabolcs Bíró, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gergely Vastag to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Szalafõ's zone, Szabolcs Bíró stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pál Kis came out of the goal and Szabolcs Bíró tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Norbert Mayer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pál Mogyorós was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Dániel Rahner struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Pál Kis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Csertalakos. With a little luck, Szalafõ's Pál Kis got control of the ball when Szabolcs Bíró tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pál Kis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gergely Vastag, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Sebestyén Szuper kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Szabolcs Bíró ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pál Kis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Mihály Benkô hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. If Szabolcs Bíró had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Szalafõ's Kristóf Szőnyi got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Szabolcs Bíró in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pál Kis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Szalafõ's goalkeeper Pál Kis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd minute Mihály Benkô shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pál Kis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szalafõ's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gergely Vastag 84 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Pál Kis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gergely Vastag in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Gergely Vastag fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pál Kis, passed just outside the right post. Thanks to some nice moves Szabolcs Bíró could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Pál Kis however easily saved by the left post. When the match was over Csertalakos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Szalafõ throughout the match.
