Hal KFT's Levente Fenyvesi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gedeon Veres in the 17th minute of play. The referee ignored Hal KFT's protests and gave Balázs Kocsis a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hal KFT's Balázs Kocsis got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gedeon Veres in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Levente Fenyvesi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zsolt Erős received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Gedeon Veres had several of the Hal KFT's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 46 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Levente Fenyvesi as he didn't even see the shot coming. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bulcsú Földi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Gedeon Veres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Barcelona HU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gedeon Veres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Levente Fenyvesi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gedeon Veres in the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 played minutes Hal KFT got a freekick which was hit by Balázs Kocsis. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Zsolt Erős managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barcelona HU's supporters rose to their feet, but Zsolt Erős was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Levente Fenyvesi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rudolf Keserű kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. It was beautiful to see FC Barcelona HU's Károly Selymes in action when he in the 59th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance!
