Mihály Vámosi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when János Boross got free with Mihály Vámosi in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jakab Katona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richárd Lencse in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Mózes Tótfalusi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute, Ákos Hidegkúti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mihály Vámosi. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 24th minute, FC Barcelona HU's Lajos Sebestyén dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Mihály Vámosi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ákos Hidegkúti in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Angyalföld Predators's Gyula Seres got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 34 played minutes Angyalföld Predators got a freekick which was hit by Máté Székely. Roland Nemes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Angyalföld Predators getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Bulcsú Seres hit a great ball. If Lajos Sebestyén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 40 minutes, Simon Kósa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Barcelona HU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Kósa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ákos Hidegkúti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mihály Vámosi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Mihály Vámosi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Nemes, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Máté Székely to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FC Barcelona HU getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. The supporters of FC Barcelona HU booed when Angyalföld Predators was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Máté Székely didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Nemes in the 73rd minute of play forced Angyalföld Predators's goalkeeper Mihály Vámosi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mózes Tótfalusi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihály Vámosi having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Angyalföld Predators's Albert Szőcs seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Albert Szőcs the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Angyalföld Predators protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Albert Szőcs had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 83 minutes into the game, one of Angyalföld Predators:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Gedeon Veres placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 86th minute Roland Nemes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihály Vámosi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Barcelona HU's zone, Tibor Berényi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jakab Katona came out of the goal and Tibor Berényi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the match, Ákos Hidegkúti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mihály Vámosi. Angyalföld Predators's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ákos Hidegkúti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Lajos Sebestyén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that FC Barcelona HU were the better team. FC Barcelona HU's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
