After 10 played minutes Csember fc got a freekick which was hit by Bálint Dárdai. Aaron Ramsey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Zoltán Kulcsár tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Csember fc's Máté Csontos got a free kick in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Csember fc's zone, Elek Csonka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoltán Kulcsár came out of the goal and Elek Csonka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elek Csonka took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zoltán Kulcsár. Zoltán Kulcsár dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aaron Ramsey to strike the kick off in the second half.
