When Hugó Szőnyi came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Rácz Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugó Szőnyi couldn't finish the play. Kálmán Bártfai kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After 9 played minutes Rácz Fc got a freekick which was hit by Hugó Szőnyi. 13 minutes into the match, Hugó Szőnyi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of György Somlyai. FC Juventus Torino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugó Szőnyi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 18 played minutes FC Juventus Torino got a freekick which was hit by Tamás Varga. If Hugó Szőnyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bálint Molnár in the 21st minute of play forced FC Juventus Torino's goalkeeper György Somlyai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes FC Juventus Torino got a freekick which was hit by Tamás Varga. Hugó Szőnyi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Juventus Torino's Kálmán Bártfai got his second yellow card of the match in the 32nd minute. The referee ordered Kálmán Bártfai off the ground. The supporters of Rácz Fc booed when FC Juventus Torino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kálmán Bártfai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugó Szőnyi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. György Somlyai came out and tried to block the shot, but Hugó Szőnyi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 37th minute. Hugó Szőnyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. György Somlyai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. György Somlyai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugó Szőnyi in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

If Bálint Molnár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lukács Kecskés kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th match minute, FC Juventus Torino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szilárd Szokolai to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the FC Juventus Torino defense, Hugó Szőnyi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of György Somlyai. The FC Juventus Torino fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that György Somlyai should have stopped the shot. Rácz Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugó Szőnyi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 65th match minute, FC Juventus Torino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kálmán Cseh to maneuver through the defense. Hugó Szőnyi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without György Somlyai having to interfere. József Kormos charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed József Kormos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 74 played minutes FC Juventus Torino got a freekick which was hit by József Kormos. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugó Szőnyi in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg György Somlyai saved FC Juventus Torino from getting behind. György Somlyai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugó Szőnyi in the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Rácz Fc's goalkeeper Tamás Görög had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by József Kormos. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rácz Fc fully deserved thier win.
