Botlábúak's Bertold Újházi suffered a concussion in the 5th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Ákos Fülöp's late challenge caught a Botlábúak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ákos Fülöp helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Csonkahegyhát SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ákos Fülöp to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th match minute, Csonkahegyhát SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ervin Szentesi to maneuver through the defense. Zakariás Tihanyi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Gergely Szűcs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Csonkahegyhát SC booed when Botlábúak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dénes Czene didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gergely Szűcs made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Zakariás Tihanyi sent off a good shot on target. In the 40th minute of the match Róbert Asztalos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ádám Dósa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ervin Szentesi to strike the kick off in the second half. Zakariás Tihanyi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dénes Czene in the 61st minute of play forced Csonkahegyhát SC's goalkeeper Gergely Szűcs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dénes Czene made a great header on Botlábúak's corner, it was just that Csonkahegyhát SC's Gergely Szűcs managed to reach the ball for a save. Gergely Szűcs didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dénes Czene went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute, Róbert Asztalos fired a really elegant long shot, but Ádám Dósa threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. 75 minutes into the game, Botlábúak's Zakariás Tihanyi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gergely Szűcs made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 79th minute, Levente Hegyi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gergely Szűcs was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 85th minute, Ervin Szentesi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gergely Szűcs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zakariás Tihanyi in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Zakariás Tihanyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gergely Szűcs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ervin Szentesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Botlábúak had played much better football throughout.
