Géza Bozsik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bánk Antal, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. BonyBlanthád's Gyula Balázs managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dániel Ábrahám in the 5 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, BonyBlanthád's Dénes Elek got a free kick in the 5th minute. After some careless play in the BonyBlanthád defense, Bánk Antal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Géza Bozsik. The BonyBlanthád fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Géza Bozsik should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute of the match Gergely Kalmár shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Géza Bozsik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marci JM's Bánk Antal got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, BonyBlanthád's goal looked a bit too open when Tamás Détári came free, but Géza Bozsik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, BonyBlanthád's goal looked a bit too open when Lázár Gombos came free, but Géza Bozsik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Géza Bozsik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tamás Détári in the 21st minute of play. If Tamás Détári had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Csaba Héj's late challenge caught a Marci JM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Csaba Héj helped the player get up and apologised. Csaba Héj kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes BonyBlanthád got a freekick which was hit by Márk Szabó. In the 29th minute of the match Dániel Ábrahám sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Géza Bozsik skillfully saved the ball. Lázár Gombos took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Géza Bozsik. Géza Bozsik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 38th minute, Dénes Elek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes BonyBlanthád got a freekick which was hit by Róbert Mezei. Géza Bozsik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lázár Gombos went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bánk Antal was the one to do the kick off. Béla Zolnai hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Géza Bozsik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tamás Détári in the 60th minute. BonyBlanthád's Ferenc Kelemen got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ferenc Kelemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tamás Détári got free with Géza Bozsik in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Márk Szabó's late challenge caught a Marci JM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 78th minute, Márk Szabó hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 79 minutes into the game, Bánk Antal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Géza Bozsik. Bánk Antal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. In the 82nd minute, Ferenc Kelemen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BonyBlanthád fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4.
