After 9 played minutes Marci JM got a freekick which was hit by Kornél Tulipán. After a rather tough play, Turul FC Tatabánya's Géza Bíró got a free kick in the 10th minute. Lázár Kolozsvári took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bánk Antal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bánk Antal in the 13th minute of play forced Turul FC Tatabánya's goalkeeper Lázár Kolozsvári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tamás Détári struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Lázár Kolozsvári didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marci JM. Marcell Zombori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Turul FC Tatabánya's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bánk Antal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Marcell Nagy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Géza Bíró in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tamás Détári got free with Lázár Kolozsvári in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcell Nagy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Géza Bíró in the 33rd minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Marci JM's goal looked a bit too open when Géza Bíró came free, but Marcell Nagy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Géza Bíró stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Turul FC Tatabánya getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ferenc Tímár hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bánk Antal in the 56th minute of play forced Turul FC Tatabánya's goalkeeper Lázár Kolozsvári to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marci JM's Marcell Nagy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Géza Bíró in the 57th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Géza Bíró had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcell Nagy. Marci JM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Géza Bíró was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 65th minute Vilmos Oláh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcell Nagy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Marci JM getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Máté Jászberényi hit a great ball. Gábor Csank made in the 70th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Vilmos Oláh however managed to control. Tamás Détári scored 1-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lázár Kolozsvári, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lázár Kolozsvári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tamás Détári in the 78th minute of play. Lázár Gombos hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. István Bodonyi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcell Nagy. Marci JM's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Géza Bíró who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marci JM's Marcell Nagy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Péter Kárpáthy came free in the 87th minute and tried to tip the ball over Marcell Nagy, but to the joy of Marci JM's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Géza Bíró sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 88th match minute, Turul FC Tatabánya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by István Bodonyi to maneuver through the defense. Géza Bíró took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcell Nagy. Marcell Nagy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 95th minute, Géza Bíró hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Turul FC Tatabánya played a much better game than Marci JM and deserved their victory. The Marci JM players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
