The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zoltán Lévai kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 7 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Tamás Takács sped through Telekgerend .Star.szy.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leo Gelmiro. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferenc Gaál in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máté Havass saved Átták from getting behind. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Telekgerend .Star.szy.'s goalkeeper Leo Gelmiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 18 minutes, Ading Mahuse made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Átták's Máté Havass tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute, Ottó Bencsik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Ading Mahuse's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Máté Havass was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ading Mahuse in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máté Havass saved Átták from getting behind. Tamás Takács could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Leo Gelmiro made a huge save. After 25 played minutes Tamás Takács rounded Telekgerend .Star.szy.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. If Zoltán Lévai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferenc Gaál in the 32nd minute of play forced Átták's goalkeeper Máté Havass to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Átták's Máté Havass played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tamás Tar in the 37th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Átták's zone, Tamás Tar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Máté Havass came out of the goal and Tamás Tar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Máté Havass successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 52nd match minute, Átták was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dániel Földi to maneuver through the defense. Máté Havass made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jónás Soós in the 55th minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Robbie Šlajs was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Telekgerend .Star.szy.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Átták the free kick. A collision led to Telekgerend .Star.szy. getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Robbie Šlajs hit a great ball. Máté Havass took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ading Mahuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Átták's zone, Norbert Kozma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Máté Havass came out of the goal and Norbert Kozma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Máté Havass stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ading Mahuse's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Norbert Kozma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Máté Havass having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Ferenc Gaál dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Máté Havass, 3-2. A collision led to Átták getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Illés Virág hit a great ball. Átták's Máté Havass played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jónás Soós in the 72nd minute of play. When Telekgerend .Star.szy.'s Ferenc Gaál in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Árpád Vas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Máté Havass tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Telekgerend .Star.szy. booed when Átták was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Imre Dobos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kálmán Borbás came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Telekgerend .Star.szy. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kálmán Borbás couldn't finish the play. After having played for 93 minutes, Zoltán Lévai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Átták's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zoltán Lévai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Telekgerend .Star.szy. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Átták.
