Vendel Szőnyi's late challenge caught a Nagykarácsony's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vendel Szőnyi helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 played minutes Partizán got a freekick which was hit by Vendel Szőnyi. Eulalio Gudesteo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dávid Tokody, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. János Zarka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tamás Bodó read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 54th minute János Zarka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamás Bodó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tamás Bodó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from János Zarka, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 65th minute, Partizán's Flórián Zornánszky ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eulalio Gudesteo. Eulalio Gudesteo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. When Félix Baló came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Nagykarácsony fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Félix Baló couldn't finish the play. When Dániel Gyulai fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Partizán's protests and gave Dániel Gyulai a yellow card for diving instead. Dániel Gyulai hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 72 played minutes, Nagykarácsony's Khalida Amirouche shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tamás Bodó came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nagykarácsony reached it. After a rather tough play, Partizán's Dávid Tokody got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Partizán's Dávid Tokody got his second yellow card of the match in the 84th minute. The referee ordered Dávid Tokody off the ground. Dávid Tokody kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. A collision led to Partizán getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Kornél Berényi hit a great ball. Tamás Bodó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from János Zarka, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Szabolcs Vándor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nagykarácsony's supporters rose to their feet, but Szabolcs Vándor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tamás Bodó breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nagykarácsony walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
