Thanks to some nice moves Yani Mitakev could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Zoltán Pataki however easily saved by the left post. Imre Pethő came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Mesterháza's Wilfredo Bermudez. But to his dismay, Wilfredo Bermudez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Bermudez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Imre Pethő. Ugornya Red Wings's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfredo Bermudez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 16 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Bermudez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Imre Pethő was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wilfredo Bermudez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Imre Pethő having to make a save. Imre Pethő showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Bermudez in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pál Borsos in the 21st minute of play forced Ugornya Red Wings's goalkeeper Imre Pethő to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Ugornya Red Wings's Zoltán Pataki threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bertrand Taverniers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zoltán Pataki made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Martin Havik sent off a good shot on target. Nils-Emil Pihlblad kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Imre Pethő took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Bermudez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zoltán Pataki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yani Mitakev's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Pál Borsos made a precise shot to the right of Imre Pethő. Ugornya Red Wings's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Domenico Ottavi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Ugornya Red Wings's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Berkes came free, but Imre Pethő reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yani Mitakev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Zoltán Pataki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Ugornya Red Wings's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Berkes came free, but Imre Pethő reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Imre Pethő showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Berkes, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After the first half Mesterháza were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yani Mitakev was the one to do the kick off. Zoltán Pataki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yani Mitakev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Mesterháza's Wilfredo Bermudez got a free kick in the 54th minute. With a little luck, Ugornya Red Wings's Imre Pethő got control of the ball when Wilfredo Bermudez tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 69th minute Bertrand Taverniers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zoltán Pataki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imre Pethő made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pál Borsos in the 74th minute of play. After 75 played minutes Ugornya Red Wings got a freekick which was hit by Stephan Kaspar. Roland Berkes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 78th playminute. In the 81st minute, one of Ugornya Red Wings:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ugornya Red Wings. 88 minutes into the match, Ugornya Red Wings's goalkeeper Imre Pethő had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roland Berkes. Roland Berkes scored 0-8 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Imre Pethő, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
