The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC's Adrián Zentay got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Jonathan Curcio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Eric Hustad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Adrián Zentay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kázmér Hoffman was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. With a little luck, HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC's Eric Hustad got control of the ball when Jonathan Curcio tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Filippo Scacchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16thth minute of the game Adrián Zentay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gázszer FC's Kázmér Hoffman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miklós Dankó hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Kázmér Hoffman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Scacchi in the 22nd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Filippo Scacchi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gázszer FC's Kázmér Hoffman. Kázmér Hoffman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kázmér Hoffman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrián Zentay, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Gázszer FC were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. János Lehr took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Gáspár Kun managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonathan Curcio made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC's Odín Eye broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kázmér Hoffman made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Adrián Zentay sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gáspár Kun in the 57th minute of play forced HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC's goalkeeper Eric Hustad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th match minute, HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mihály Puja to maneuver through the defense. Adrián Zentay's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Kázmér Hoffman skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 65th minute of the match HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC got a corner. Gázszer FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Odín Eye ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Odín Eye got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kázmér Hoffman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Adrián Zentay struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Kázmér Hoffman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC. Gázszer FC's András Sass was substituted for Gáspár Kun. Gázszer FC made a substitution. János Müller replaced Balázs György. With 72 minutes on the clock, John Rosendahl commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 71 minutes into the game, one of HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. János Müller walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 83 minutes into the match, HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC's goal looked a bit too open when András Sass came free, but Eric Hustad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If János Grósz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gázszer FC's Wawrzyniec Wolniewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC's Pascual Paredes got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute, Jonathan Curcio made a precise shot to the right of Eric Hustad. HANKOOK TIRE MIT FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.
